Day 6 - Why are Rainforests important?

Rainforests are very important as they are our natural providers of some of the worlds most needed objects. Some of these include-
  • Oxygen- Trees inhale in the Carbon Dioxide and exhale Oxygen which is what humans need to survive.
  • Paper- Paper is in everyday use as almost everyone needs it. Schools use it, officeworkers use it and just an average person uses it.
  • Land- People come to cut trees down to make room for more houses and buildings.
  • Foods and Medicines- Someof the fruits, herbs and flowers in a rainforest provide foods and live saving medicines.
Sometimes we can miss use this abundance of nature and it can dramatically decrease the human survival rate. As a solution for example when we cut down trees we plant fresh ones and we can ruese paper and get it form more natural sources.
